This policy explains what personal information Adperformant ("we", "us") collects through adperformant.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, website, budget range and message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect basic technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address. This is collected with cookies, pixels and similar tools.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss working together.
• To provide, manage and bill for our services if you become a client.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure and improve our own advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the site.
• To protect the site against fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

The site may use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the TikTok Pixel. These tools can set cookies and share browsing data with those companies so we can measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and limit interest-based ads through YourAdChoices. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.

How we share information

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, form handling, email, analytics and customer management. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners, through the tools described above. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" or "selling" personal data for targeted advertising, and you can opt out as described below.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or others.
• Business transfers, if Adperformant is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, New Jersey and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information;
• opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling.

We respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for the length of our relationship plus any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
